Sooo..if this IS true..how come the Mrs got 3 points for SLOWING down but doing 38 entering a 30 then..on the A470 at Llyswen???? :scratch

Not completely automatic; the beak will listen to representations as to 'exceptional hardship' etc. The object to the RFS option is for the mag
to consider a greater punishment than the 3 points on the ticket, but as the threshold on the 70mph line is only 5mph below 30 over, there's not much scope for keeping the bench in sherry.
They will entertain a grovelling plea for a few mph over this before they ban you.
