I followed an 07 plate silver volvo estate from brecon to llandovery a couple of weeks ago, , was an unmarked car, four up, on a training exercise i would have thought, caught him half way towards llandovery, didnt pass him but sat behind him, showing 108 on my clocks lol

I was in The West End on Tuesday lunch time when they were in there eating then the four of them went out with their clip boards and into the silver Volvo estate. I think thet they were training as you said.
