Police clampdown on speeders on A55, A470 and A483

Watch out if your in the North in the next few days.

MOTORISTS speeding on three of the most dangerous roads in North Wales are being targeted by police this week.

Officers armed with cameras are doing random speed checks on the A483, the A470, and A55 until Sunday as part of a Europe-wide crackdown. Drivers who exceed the limit will be issued with fixed penalty tickets or court summonses.

A483 is the one i take when coming back from Man Airport,sometimes see them on the carrageway bridge between Chester and Wrexham.

where the camera van was used to be documented in the evening leader, not sure if it still is.
the Llay / Rossett exit is a popular one, plenty of space to park on the bridge
