I can see both sides to this argument, from probably a very unique viewpoint!!!!!!

Heli..IS very good.......at tracking down thieves/burglars/ general wankers who inflict misery upon everyone else....then run off and try and hide under trees etc........can't beat Thermal imaging......well you can, but i'm not telling!!!!!

Air Ambulance.......SHOULD be centrally funded.........fair enough to make donations etc..BUT IMHO ...it should be able to fly and get help to casualties without the need for charitable donations....

One needs to be funded properly....

One shouldn't be abused in the name of Road safety.....

They often chase scumbags around by me (Grangetown!)  Bloody irritating as heck when your trying to sleep though.... They are so loud - Ha, and as i type - One above me now, with lights on

Big NO NO ..they have kit on board that can tell what laser is being pointed as each one has a unique "Fingerprint"..

You get caught with the one that was pointed at the Heli....you are right in the brown smelly stuff.

It comes under the Endangering an aircraft legislation......bit geeky for me to understand...but you'll get more than a smacked wrist..more hairy soap and a small room for two with an en suite bucket...
