He's parking with increasing regularity just in the layby near to my house....faces up and down the road...Pops you as you come over the brow of the hill into the 30 zone...
depending on where he's just come from.....he's also in the layby by the garage in Blaina... :taz

The static camera on Hafodrynys road...thats got a big cover saying

NOT IN USE.....

The scumera van is parking up under the trees on the left hand side of the road, facing back down towards the Pontypool roundabout.

He's just opposite the Timber merchants on the junction....... :handjob
