BMW S 1000 RR
« on: May 10, 2010, 08:44:31 PM »
just going to say WOW beleive the hype it's amazing was out on one today for a hour and im getting one as soon as i can sell the gixxer or rob a bank they are that good, they loved to be revved, basically ride it like you stole it and it will reward you and make you think you are invincible as it make a good rider a fast rider as it just does whatever you want it to do,only complaint is the anti wheelie as its too intrusive but it can be turned off,so overall beleive the hype about these awsome bikes.......:thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :thumb_up :shocked :shocked :shocked

only bad point i can honestly make is the rear brake pedal on the demo bike has to much travel and the anti wheelie is quite intrusive but if it can make you ride faster and safer its a good thing but when i do get one i will be riding it in slick mode....... :thumb_up

Apparently the bike wont let you get on the throttle until its upright, part of the traction control system!

I'm sure I read a review which said it had a gyrowotnot or other that could sense how far the bike was leant over and apply the power accordingly! Sounds all a bit hi tech to me!! :scratch
