I went to Fairwater garage today for my MOT, phoned today and they slotted me in straight away.
They were very friendly and quick and the bike passed....yay!!  :thumbsup
I do need a new sprocket within the next year though, not sure if that's normal or not? The bike's done 5k?  :scratch
Great service  :thumb_up Though I nearly got blown to bits getting there, weather was crazy!  :surrender
you should have told peter that keith sent you around and he would have done it trade for you

Damn, wish I knew Keith - Next time I'll come to you  :thumbsup

that goes for any of you bring your bike to me and i will get your mot trade :thumb_up

Same theme, I work in cathays in cardiff and am looking for somewhere convenient (and cheap?) who will MOT my bandit and service it at the same time?

Any suggestions anyone? transport will be a problem so within half hour walk of Cathays Park is preferable

I'll sort the service out for you if you like Norm, as long as you don't mind your book not getting stamped. Just buy yourself a service kit ie, oil, filter, air filter, plugs, and anything else it needs, and i'll walk you through the servicing in my garage. All i'd ask is a small donation - say a tenner - as I want to get myself a tyre bead breaker which will then be accessible to other forum members. Got a wheel balancer already  :thumb_up

As for mot, I use b+r in city road. There are cheaper about but they're convenient for me.
