Have to agree with Shazza... all levels of ability on many of the WB'ers rides - tag-along and enjoy the scenery - don't let being a learner put you off.

Sounds really good, just don`t want to get in the way ;-( Obviously I`m restricted to no motorways and anywhere that requires a bike that will go faster than 60 without me having to not eat, drink, shave all my body hair or wear any clothes!
My bike is back at the shop this morning for investigation...but when I get it back I`d be well up for tagging along on a plodder day then, thanks guys ;-))

If there are learners coming im sure we'd make a route not involving motorways (plus motorways are boring anyway!).

Pace is speedlimits or under basically so shouldn't be beyond anyones ability and well within the capabilities of a 125 :) I went on my first ride out having only ever covered 200miles on my own bike, the majority of which was motorways and big A roads.

Quality bunch of people.

As for setting off points it's varied the 2 times i've been on one. One we met at the A470, Coryton interchange, macdonalds. The other we met at Cardiff Gate Service station. I know some of the folk come from further west (think swansea area) so when one is listed just ask.

Me, I come from over the border to make them. That's how good I think the plodders rideouts are :) It always results in a quality day spent riding, every time.

Look out in the forum named "...ride outs (125cc and learners)" or the one above for when one goes down and just mention your interest.

Sadly my directions and knowledge of biking roads or in fact roads in general is so crap that I can't find my way to london without a tomtom. So I can't do a route, else I'd be well up for one this weekend :)
