You might wanna try MG tyres . He ( Mark ) is a mobile tyre fitter so will come to your house. I've used him loads of times, very friendly knowledgable guy. His prices are very competative. Give him a ring. He is baesd in Newport but I know a boy in Cardiff who uses him as well, I think he will go pretty much anywhere in South Wales.
