Fook. Robbing French b'stards  :thumb_down

I was looking to get a set for the R1 but Mark Goodman did me a better deal on the Supercorsa BSB's. They probably aren't going to last as long though so i fancy giving the Pure's a try next. Be interested to hear what you have to say on them as there aren't many reviews online as they are quite new.

I will write up how I find them as I use them. I put them on today. Stonking looking tyre and you could feel the weight difference to a normal tyre instantly due to the light tyre technology.....LTT

They reakon the 2lbs saved on the tyres rotating mass is the equivalent of shaving 6lbs off a set of wheels, or 8lbs of a set of discs. Any weight saving at the outside of a spinning wheel should make a noticeable difference to the steering. I will comment if they do actually feel any different.

I aint had a chance to scrub them in yet as the roads were wet after fitting them, so I took it easy.

I will post a few pics up later.  :thumbsup

Fuzzrr,

Do you keep your bike in the hallway? I see the carpet and radiator. Now there's a pampered bike! Just asked the wife if I can keep mine in the house. She didn't hold back in her answer, to cut a long, expletive ridden answer short, the answer was NO!!!!!

Never mind, will have to put central heating in the garage instead!!!!
Look Legal + Sound Legal + Ride Legal = No Hassle

I dont really have a choice mate. Got no garage or access to the back garden. I do have plans to knock the shed all into one, so it can go live in there. But, its no hassle to me in the house. And at least I know its safe...................................................................... And warm. :thumbsup

Errrrrrrrrrrrrr   :scratch :scratch

Are they getting contraband Pilot Pures in then? Cause they are £87 for the front and £97 for the rear from the suppliers!!! The price you have, you would be lucky to get a set of Pilot 2CT's for that. And the Pures are the ones that superseed those.

Think they got there sums wrong there, or you got the tyres mixed up.

Thunder Road were offering a pair fitted for £275 !

I got mine done for slightly less.
