Once again outstanding after sales service from the clothing dept upstairs,
My Shark Evoline helmet which I bought from them had a problem with the strap after about 3yrs so I asked Phil if he had an elastic band I could use to hold the strap tight to get home, I was told it had a 5yr warranty, but I didn’t have the receipt, no problem said Phil give it here and I will send it off, Full marks for the staff and also full marks to Shark, not only did they replace the whole strap but also replaced the skirt and the cheek pieces so I have a mostly new helmet

Top notch stuff, I've never had a problem there.

The staff have always been more than helpful heck I even took my bike in for a service with a tiny bit of drop damage (bent rear brake pedal) and they bent it out for me all proper without me or them mentioning a thing.

Top place, top staff.

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

If you don't know already, I don't really know much about bikes.  Over the past two days I have been down SWSB's just asking questions - No intention of buying anything - and every time, they have helped me in every aspect, with thorough details on what they recommended.

I have posted a thread regarding my Shiver and how luggage is just, hard to find.  Within 10 minutes, the guys found a bag, stuck it on the bike and said, "that'll work!".  Which it does (Unlike 'Fowlers' in Bristol - "You can 'only' have OEM items to fit on your shiver, £370 for a rack system and panniers".

I am incredibly impressed by their service and will defiantly be buying what they demonstrated to me, not only because it's an awesome bit of kit, but because of the service I received.  I was also asking questions regarding trips to Europe and things that I need to take, etc.  They helped me in every way and I spent an hour talking about possibilities  regarding the trip.

Just want to say thanks for the great customer service and would recommend these guys to anyone!  :thumb_up

Excellent service at SWSB this evening.   Spent ages there and kept the staff there until 10 mins after closing (6.10pm on a Friday!!!!).  Exceptionally helpful and definitely the best customer service so far.  Thunder Road come a close second

Brought most of my bikes from there, and majority of kit and pieces.  Always get a hello and called by my first name when in there even if i havn't been in for ages.  I live not far from another dealership but travel to SWSB as customer service is spot on.
