Had another problem today from M&P, ordered 60 quids worth of items last friday, still not arrived and no e-mail to say it had been dispatched. Rang them and one item is out of stock and may take another week, the rest will be with me by tommorow. I like to try and support local business and plenty of people here have many positives to say about them. I feel that their cust service could be improved 100% just be a bit of contact to say items have been dispatched or are delayed etc

Oh dear it gets worse, they finally delivered on friday afternoon after telling me on friday morning it had only just left their warehouse and would be with me saturday. According to the delivery driver from dhd they had it wednesday afternoon. One item is out of stock and i'm waiting for it, no worries there but today ive just had an email to say they are having difficulties processing the payment on my card which begs the question why dispatch the goods if they couldnt process payment? Checked with my card issuer and its been charged to my account so don't know what m&p are on about

It's getting to that point mate, in store they couldn't be more helpful but mail order leaves a lot to be desired
