« on: June 17, 2010, 10:57:05 PM »
hi guys,
Bought a pair of danucci quantum pants a while back, used only for fine weather use, anyway the seam on the one side by the pocket had started to fray and come away.Irang them up and asked about warranty etc, they said 12 mths but would also want proof of purchase(fair enough),found my receipt ,,,,,,,,,guess wha????????????????????? just out of warranty!.
So fair play to ross,he said all i can suggest is i will post them off on monday with a cover letter and see what they say--but it might be 7-10 days for a reply(this was on a saturday afternoon).
Thursday morning i got a call off him to say my trousers are back!!!!,wha d they say,i asked !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Looks like you got a new pair he said!
Went to pick them up and looks like they gave me a updated version=BLOODY MARVELOUS.
SOOOOOOOO, M&P SWANSEA,,(including ross)customer service 10 OUTA 10. :party

 hi all,
new to the bike world went to mandp today for complete kit as i was borrowing some untll now not the best but now i have the bug time to get my own.
walked in got a little nod off a man behind the counter.started looking at all the displays to much choice for me as a novice the sales bloke seen me huffing etc lol and ask of i was ok,after i explained my total loss of what i was looking at and needed a starter kit on my budget he just grinned which i thought strange gonna get stung here i bet anyway he said whats needed i told him i need trs, jacket, gloves boots and poss a helmet if ive enough left,so after a few size questions and showing me some textiles and what i stated i quite fancied off he went and come back all the kit. off i went to the changing room and what a shock all fitted  even the boots which he got a size bigger because of the inside lining app, i tried my size anyway which he said to try but as he said to tight well done that man. picked some gloves another story that small fingers u see lol but he found some i liked, then i said ok crunch time whats it gonna cost all this ?.then he grinned again and said ok with the 3 for 2 offer on tuzo the gloves come free with the trs and jacket  the boots are 39.99 in the sale was 79.99 may of been but still think there all a bargin  so got myself a new helmet as well all in one visit must say well done jdw thats the name on the till slip well done mandp staff

hi all,
went there again today after some really nice person/people tried to steal the contents of my side panniers.jeff served me and as there old givi panniers he could not find the model in the givi book,no probs he said have a cuppa and ill call a friend at givi i had the lock part i required and after ten mins or so he came in to the cafe and took some pics with his phone and sent then to his contact.
o dear was the returning call those are long gone now but maybe able to convert some newer lock plates so jeff said look bring in the panniers and we wll send them up and fingers crossed who knows they may well be able to fix the problem.
as i said in my previous post well done mandp first class so far and fingers crossed that when i return with the panniers they will come back with new lock plates or locks
super service so far and he even remembered me from buying all my first full kit lol
