Advice needed on Suzuki Dealers

I received a letter today saying my Gladius is being called in for an Urgent Safety Recall, and from what I can see, the nearest Suzuki dealer to me is Swansea, but which is the best one to go to??  JT's or Mount Motorcyles, keeping in mind that I am a female rider so the easiest to find as well please

Received my recall letter today too. Bought my bandit from Mounts so will go there.Overall i have had good and bad advice from both Mounts and JT's. More recently i've had better experiences from JT's so go there
