I enjoy solo riding to be honest, fits in with my job, when i'm home i can go riding anytime, especially on weekdays when everyone else is working. :tt
I've met a few on here when i attended the ambulance ride earlier this year and found the majority to be a joyfull bunch.
If you want to meet other bikers just attend one of these rideouts or go and meet up in any of the bike stops littered around the country.
Aberystwyth prom on a sunday is a good meet,a good variety of bikes and bikers from all walks of like some very funny characters as well always up for some banter. :tup2

Planning on going to Ireland in the next few weeks so if anyone want's to come let me know, but be warned i don't plan in advance  :rofl

but of course we will always stop for any broken down bikers  :rofl

I've been a member of another biking forum (make based) for over 7 years - only once have I met anyone from there. I had to go to Bristol for that meeting.

I dunno but I never thought of these sites as dating sites, just somewhere to while away a few hours making light conversation with like-minded fools with a shared interest. Some folks get right uppity about responses and it's something I just don't understand.

sorry havent read all this but to answer the first bit .
i have arranged run and ride outs also others have  on here too, we always get lots of response  and the same lot always come plus new members. we have gone out lots this year and we have riders who  join  from Swansea  bristol and all over, and when they say they going to join us we arrange pick ups for them as they will confirm .
so sorry to say not true
and we look after each other wait for the lot of us so my biker friends are fab and love them all and they know who they are

and as for red when we came up to yours you came out to play and meet up
and snoopy came out to play too when we i your area

so bikers do make the effort
just some dont see it or dont want to
the rides outs are there you just got to make a effort too

Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?

I thought you were a nice bunch when we rode with some of you up to snoopys neck of the woods.
When my son thought he lost his phone and we dropped off to go back and find it in his pocket,  nobody stopped to check we were ok.  so you're not that nice.
Only joking.    :rofl
