hi, i'm new to bikes (well on the road)i'm planning to do my cbt and das in the next few months, i havent been on a bike since i was 13 so 20 years now,

i have spoken to a few people and most say my plan is good, after doing my das i'm going to purchase a kawasaki er-6f to give me a few years game time before i move on,

if anyone has any hints and tips on passing my tests or if anyone thinks i'm going about  it wrong please let me know as i think i need all the help i can get..

Get the theory cd and practice. Most is common sense and having driving experience helps. CBT should be no problem. As already said listen to the instructor. If you do the DAS then take a few lessons and practice the slow manoeuvres. MOD 1 is the most nerve racking I think, MOD 2 just seems like a run out. Good luck ride easy ;)
