Hi all. I've spent this year getting into biking and have completed my DAS. I'm now the proud owner of a Yamaha XJ900 Diversion.
I moved to Dinas Powys at the start of the year, having lived in Liverpool for 5 years, to take a job at the Wales Millennium Centre as a Stage Tech and am loving living down here with my fiancée and 2 dogs!
Looking forward to hopefully meeting up with you at some runs!

Welcome Andy, glad to have you aboard.
We have a run organised for next Sunday, across the bridge to Burnham and Weston etc. Why not come along and meet a few of us. There will be a mixed bunch of experienced and newish riders so all are welcome and you ride at your own pace. Some are coming from as far as west Wales to do it. We had one last Sunday and that's the first time I'd ever met anyone on here as I'm newish myself.

Come along if you can make it, like naggedhusband said, all abilities welcome, plenty of room for some fun but nobody will get left behind.
By the way, welcome to the forum.

Yes, everyone else maybe melting to death on the roads but not us! Because we have a car with hair conditioner! I mean what in the name of sanity did they think we want it for? To make sure that the roof rack is more shiny and managable?

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o) Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Thankyou for all the welcomes!
Thanks for the invite to this Sunday's ride...but unfortunately I'm away visiting my folks for my Mum's birthday! Also my front brake callipers are currently in the kitchen sink having their pistons cleaned and new seals fitted! Hopefully brakes will be back up and running but I can't get out of going to see my folks I'm afraid...that's the kinda of devoted son I am!. Hopefully catch the next one.
