Hi there - coming soon - legal forum and Q&A section
« on: June 14, 2011, 09:42:23 AM »
Hi there - I have joined the WelshBikers site as I am going to start a legal blog on here, a bit like the MCN Legal forum and MCN Law columns I do. My solicitor's firm Bikelawyer is based in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan. Do drop in to say hello if passing!

Hello, welcome  :tup2
and hopefully... I will never need your help  :tt  :thumbsup
Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Thanks for your welcome. I have been legal expert to MCN for more than 5 years now and write a legal column in the paper. I own a specialist motorcycle accident law firm having previously headed up the largest motorcycle practice in the UK. Bikelawyer was set up 2 years ago and our lawyers are all qualified solicitors or trainee solicitors (ie legally qualified unlike many of the panel firms people are referred onto by their insurers for a fee following an accident). We aim to provide the very best in client care with a personal touch and of course our job is to maximise clients' damages. We also act in defence of serious road traffic offences. My fiancee won't let me ride due to the tales of horrifc injuries I see on a daily basis but I am working on that! I shall be starting the blog in the near future and in the meantime if anyone wants to ask legal or accident related questions just let me know. I can be e-mailed directly at You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

All the best, Andrew
