Hi
« on: May 18, 2011, 12:13:26 PM »
Hi everyone. Recently passed my CBT and got a little 125 to run around on to save some money on the ridiculous amount I'm spending on fuel.  I can't believe how much fun it is and now want to ride it everywhere :clap

I'm from Swansea. I've just bought a new cbf and have done about 250 miles on it so far. Had a bit of trouble finding the right bike as I'm quite small and struggled with the weight of them. I'm still running the engine in so if anyone passes a little person on a black Honda doing 35mph along the dual carriageway that'll be me :no

Bikes don't leak oil',.... they mark their territory :o)           Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight. Growing old is manditory... but growing up...well that my friends...is OPTIONAL!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome . Mykoniatis I don't think anyone would stay behind me at the moment but you're right 30mph does feel pretty fast right now and I think my speedo is lying to me because I got overtaken by a 'ped the other day *hangs head in shame* (I'm consoling myself with the fact it was a 250 in disguise).  I also have several friends that work in Morriston hospital and constantly remind me of the bits of road they have been picking out of motorcyclists.  I've also realised that now I'm getting a bit older I don't bounce as well as I used to but break instead so maybe even when my engine is run in I will tell myself it needs another year going slowly to be run in properly lol.
