NOPE - might have worked had he taken off the dirty boots  :rofl :rofl :rofl

I let him play in the garage on Saturday then took him to Asda shopping, I hate shopping so it was only right he should share the experience for a change. then I allowed him to cook tea  :thumbsup
on Sunday i let him sleep in till 7.30 and handed over custody of the hoover  :devil followed by the veg peeler and a sink full of veg for the family lunch for his parents. to ensure his hands stayed soft I let him do all the washing up as well. i even let him take breaks to watch the bike racing but sadly lunch was ready when the GP started  :rofl :rofl so he had to watch later in the day  :nails :nails

all told a good weekend  :thumbsup :thumbsup

right this is how it works

he keeps my bikes in tip top condition. when i go out on the bike it is brought to the front of the house pointing in the right direction. on my return it is left on the drive by me, then cleaned and put away by him  :nails

time is also allowed for him to keep his own 4 bikes in tip top condition, but this doesn't include sneaking upstairs to the bathroom with things off the bikes to clean, we have a tap outside for that sort of thing. of course I know everything he does because he doesn't clean up after himself and thinks like most men that I won;t notice  :scratch

he isn't allowed to work in the garage during the evenings - he has most of all day every day to potter in there and the evenings and night he is available to meet all my demands (upstairs and downstairs....)  :devil

failure to follow the simple rule's results in punishment, and I have my own special dungeon just for him  :sma :sma

does my bum look big in this.....

Got to say that in my experience women are only good at nagging and taking the credit for things men do.
When they learn to do things properly them perhaps we can relax.
but my right elbow got heavier
