it has been suggested that i take disposable knickers to Iceland with me as the dear heart is limiting my luggage 

but if i only take disposable knickers I'll need 23 pairs - and before any of you boys who have gatecrashed this thread comment you don't need clean on every day... I'm a girl and we do 

or should i take a mixture, just in case i can't get to wash them

or just take half a dozen pairs and make sure i get change to wash them

its not that i have LARGE knickers which will take up a lot of room.............. but its the other things i have to take like, sleeping bag, bed, other clothes etc and I have to carry it all myself apparently 
so i have to scale down what i take and he says 23 pairs of knickers is to much

Cut down the quantity and be prepared to hand wash some,much nicer to wear.

   take nice cotton ones easy to wash and quick to dry...
Another idea (men are gonna curse me for this - sorry guys, but this is the girly section!!!) what about a box of panty liners? You can get really thin comfortable ones for knickers & thongs

dont girls have 4 day pants then ? .....frontwards, backwards, inside out then same again !!!, take into account commando tuesdays and thursdays, and your down to ...........er.......um.......3 pairs?......ok the maths is poor but the principal is sound!

main concern was with few knickers and Iceland not know for its brilliant weather was getting washing dried
