Dear Sir or Madam,
Due to circumstances beyond my control the British Heart Foundation will not be associated with the my event (British Heart Foundation ride out - - - - - 21/8/11)
The event will still be going ahead without their support. The event will be re branded/renamed Get in Gear for Charity as to not associate this even with the British Heart Foundation.
They will not be held responsible or benefit financially or otherwise from this event. All money raised on the day will be given to other charities nominated.
I have tried to meet all of their requests but as I have not been given clear instructions in writing, I have been left very much disappointed by their organization, as all I wanted to do was raise some money for a good cause.
An announcement will be made to all the participants the morning of the event advising them that due to circumstances beyond my control the British Heart Foundation will not be associated with the event or held responsible or benefit financially or otherwise from this event. All money raised on the day will be given to other charities nominated.
Kind Regards
Michael Hughes
