I got the impression the examiner was constantly trying to frighten/fail me by appearing in my blind spot on roundabouts and whenever there was position change needed. Shame,  I have to admit, he was pretty much successful, meaning I wasn't quick enough or not at the right position at times. Fortunately I got into habit of dong lifesavers ALL THE TIME, therefore nothing happened. Be aware of that one!
Another thing, he was not always giving me enough time with the instructions, but that just my feeling.
The awareness that he is there looking at every move one makes is a big problem, that is to say, passing the test is 70% psychology thing.
Just go there and show him how to ride!!!!!
One more, I was careful with speed, there were a few lower limits (down to 40 and 20). I hate those. Last thing I want be worrying about is that I have 28 not 33 while riding in unfamiliar area.
Remember psychology, try to act faster then him and monitor every second where he is.

Well done Tom, chuffed for you  :thumbsup

He was riding in your blindspot to catch you out and watch you control the bike. Didn't work this time though eh!

Ride safe

He's not trying to frigten you. He's just making sure that you DO check your blind spot.

I understand yoyo&Foody. He was trying to simulate the bad situations on the road and see how I deal with them. I just wish it was much easier to move around. Where's the pleasure of riding/driving? It's all tension, traffic everywhere, signs, limits, traffic lights... It must have been wonderful years back, going carefree on empty roads with no markings, very few signs, and just one wide lane, nothing else to do but enjoy the views.
Now, I think I should get some experience of caring a passenger!!!! Who's willing to put his life at stake here?
