« on: January 03, 2011, 07:25:28 PM »
Happy New Year to all and time to plan some trips, wellmine anyway!
Me and a mate of mine are planning a trip to Arnhem end of May, anyway been looking on the net as you do to try to find stop overs on the way  :thumbsup
Staying over night Dover (sat beer or 3 )
Sunday stay over near Antwerp (or region)
Monday stay over Arnhem (do the bridge0
Tues travel back to Dunkirk area  with the ferry late wed, sounds good but if anyone can point us in the right direction of site near any of these areas please do so, your help would be much appreciated as its me 1st tour to Europe
Any advice is good  :thumbsup no matteer how dumb it may sound  :scratch

Take a look at the F1 hotels website you can just roll up and pay at the hole in the wall at the hotel or book in advance. Loads of them all over Europe. They're normally situated just off motorways... :thumbsup

a little bit too late but perhaps for reference..   only downfall of the place is the parking is on grass/rough ground  so take something for the stand.  Just come back from there its close enough to Arnhem  makes it interesting..  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login   in Uden the netherlands  its  hostel come  motel,  I had en-suite and it was lovely nice little kitchen to cook your own stuff if you dont mind washing it all up again..  Price was fine.  Hottub wasnot put in action yet but its nice and quiet free internet   Uden has lots of pubs, shops etc  also recommend going through the small villages such as St Oedenrode  very very dutch.  I had a lovely run about there,
Smile ...   I know its a scooter...  but it's  fast enough and I can carry all my shopping....  under my saddle.  I like my comforts.
